Here are a few items on the morning:
- Yesterday, Chad Jennings spoke to Brian Cashman, who didn’t offer much in the way of new information.
- K. Rosenthal says the Angels are “trying like crazy” to sign Kendry Morales’ fellow defector, Aroldis Chapman.
- As of now, despite the Yankees’ wishes, it looks like there won’t be a Winter Classic at Yankee Stadium in 2011.
- Joe over at River Ave Blues takes a look at Nick Johnson’s injury history, providing more context than I did.
