HGH testing to be implemented in the minors

According to Michael Schmidt of the NY Times, Major League Baseball plans to implement blood testing, at the minor league level, for human growth hormone later this year. What that means is that Bud Selig will also seek to do the same thing in the Majors, although he will need union consent in order to enact such a practice. HGH testing is a complex issue, as blood testing, often described as an invasive procedure, can toe the boundaries of privacy.
