Here are a few quick items on the day:
- Joe at River Ave Blues acknowledges that the Yankees have some injury concerns this year.
- After 4 years, former Yankee, Johnny Damon, is finally able to wear his Boston World Series ring.
- Speaking of former Yankees, Hideki Matsui played the outfield yesterday and is okay today.
I can’t believe the Angels actually allowed that. This is one of those instances where a player’s pride is ultimately going to hurt his value and, inline with that, his team.
