Here are a few quick items on the morning:
- Joba Chamberlain hopes to regain his blazing fastball by moving back to the bullpen.
- According to the Star-Ledger‘s Marc Carig, the Yankees have reassigned Amaury Sanit.
- Last night, in a 3-0 loss, starter Phil Hughes was wild yet effective against the Phillies.
Against a strong lineup, Hughes gave up 1 ER off of 2 hits over 3 innings. He struck out 5, but walked 4.
