A-Rod’s slow home run trot

The following illustration is the result of a study – a very simple study – conducted by The Wall Street Journal, which sought to measure the current Yankees’ home run trots from 2009. In my opinion, the results are not surprising.
Nothing really substantive here, but it is fun to know. I bet Robinson Cano’s home run trot slows a bit as he hits more of them this season. Also, I did notice that Granderson hustles around the bases on his homers. This just verifies that.
