A-Rod pulled in Baltimore

Alex Rodriguez was pulled from today’s game following the bottom of the first inning (he was replaced by Ramiro Pena). There was no clear reason as to why A-Rod was pulled, however, just a week ago he was dealing with some minor tightness in right groin. I’m assuming this could be related.
UPDATE – Yup, it’s the groin. He’ll see a doctor tomorrow.
