Sorry for the late start to the blog day. Anyway, let’s get into some bits:
- Facing Roy Halladay, the offense delivered, leading the Yankees past the Phillies, 8-3.
- Yesterday, VP of Amateur Scouting, Damon Oppenheimer, discussed the draft with fans.
- Speaking of the draft, first-rounder Cito Culver has passed on his scholarship to Maryland.
No surprise there as Culver was cited as an overdraft by many. Expect him to sign soon, although he can only sign after he graduates from high school (on June 20th).
