Here are a few quick items to kick off your Monday morning:
- The Yankees took 2 out of 3 against the Mets this weekend and are on top of the AL East.
- With no DH in the NL, Alex Rodriguez and Jorge Posada are considered day-to-day this week.
- A.J. Burnett has battled a sore foot lately, however, he’s expected to make tomorrow’s start.
