And, on the mound, it’s Brian Duensing versus Phil Hughes.
Duensing, a lefty, had a good year as his efficiency at generating ground balls — 52.9% of batted balls against Duensing were grounders, the 9th best mark in the AL — helped him post a 3.85 FIP over 130.2 innings pitched. He doesn’t have dominant stuff, though, so I’m hoping the Yankees can get to him and put the ALDS to bed tonight.
