BA names Montero fifth best prospect in baseball

According to Baseball America’s John Manuel, Jesus Montero is the fifth best prospect in all of baseball (props to RAB). Manuel states that Montero is the “minors’ best hitter,” which is a pretty impressive title. And, for those wondering, no, Manuel does not think Montero will stick at catcher. Still, to put in perspective just how good Montero is, according to Manuel, only Stephen Strasburg (WASH), Jason Heyward (ATL), Mike Stanton (FLA), and Desmond Jennings (TB) rank higher.
