Using Josh Hermsmeyer’s free injury database, Jeff Zimmerman over at Beyond the Box Score has compiled a list of the top 100 players that have cost their teams the most money for time spent on the disabled list (it covers 2002-09). Can you guess what former Yankee is featured at number six? Here’s a hint—his first name rhymes with “snarl.”
